1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next available business day. You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order has been dispatched.

3. Cold-Chain Shipping & Packaging

All peptide compounds are temperature-sensitive and require careful handling throughout the shipping process. Helix Research Co uses the following cold-chain protocols on every order:

• Compounds are packaged in insulated thermal containers
• Dry ice or gel ice packs are included based on transit time and destination
• All outer packaging is tamper-evident and discreet
• Orders are sealed with moisture-resistant inner packaging to protect compound integrity

We strongly recommend that you open and inspect your order immediately upon arrival and transfer compounds to appropriate cold storage as soon as possible.

4. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, order weight, and selected shipping method. Orders over a qualifying threshold may be eligible for free standard shipping where applicable. Exact shipping rates will be displayed clearly before you complete your purchase.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your order in real time. If you do not receive your tracking information within 2 business days of placing your order, please contact us at support@helixresearch.co.

6. Discreet Packaging

We understand that privacy matters to our customers. All orders are shipped in plain, discreet outer packaging with no product names, brand references, or content descriptions on the exterior. The return address will reflect a neutral business name.

7. International Shipping & Customs

We ship to over 50 countries worldwide. International customers are responsible for understanding and complying with all import laws and customs regulations applicable in their country. Any customs duties, import taxes, or clearance fees imposed by your country’s customs authority are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

Helix Research Co is not liable for:

• Delays caused by customs processing
• Orders held, seized, or confiscated by customs authorities
• Additional charges imposed by customs or border agencies

We recommend that international customers research their country’s import regulations for research-grade peptide compounds prior to placing an order.

8. Incorrect Shipping Address

It is the responsibility of the customer to provide a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Helix Research Co is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your shipping address after placing your order, please contact us immediately at support@helixresearch.co. We will do our best to correct the address before dispatch but cannot guarantee changes once an order has been shipped.

9. Undeliverable Orders

If an order is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal of delivery, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatched orders.

10. Shipping Restrictions

Certain compounds may be subject to shipping restrictions in specific countries or regions. It is your responsibility to confirm that the products you are ordering are legally permitted to be imported into your country. Helix Research Co reserves the right to cancel and refund any order that cannot be legally shipped to the provided destination.
